Since being released from prison, Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. has already begun planning his next album the Carter IV, staying true to his promise to continue releasing the Carters until the end of his career. Also, there is talk that lil Wayne & Birdman "Baby" Williams are coming out with the sequel to Like Father Like Son, Like Father Like Son II.
Update: When Lil Wayne gets out of Rikers Island jail next month, he will be served a new lawsuit. Atlanta producer Mali Boi says that Lil Wayne committed copyright infringement on his "Mrs Officer" song which Bobby Valentino is featured on. Mali Boi says that he was the writer and producer of the song which has sold over two million copies in the United States alone.
