Lil Wayne's First Song Recorded After Being Released From Jail!

On Monday night, Lil Wayne returned to the booth for the first time after being released from prison, and has finished a song ready to be put out to the world.

"We're trying to put it out, like, tomorrow," Cortez Bryant, Wayne's manager, told Rolling Stone. "We got a crazy song. If not tomorrow, definitely next week."

So if we don't get the song today, we will be getting it next week.

Update: Lil Wayne's first post-jail song, the "Fire Flame" remix, has hit the net and in it the Young Money bossman raps alongside Birdman. Weezy references completing his time behind bars and what the future holds.

The track, which previously leaked online without Weezy's rhymes, was posted on Cash Money affiliate DJ Khaled's We the Best TV blog Monday afternoon (November 15). The Miami-based radio jock alerted the world to Wayne's lyrical return via Twitter. "Fresh off my bid, b*tch, it's Lil Tunechi," Weezy spits over the synth-heavy number; last week, pictures of Wayne's return to the recording booth emerged from his confidant/videographer DJ Scoob Doo. "I'm so relaxed, my Gucci flats ain't got a scratch," he later continued. "And if you got problems with it, well, I will fix them cataracts/ They say it cost to be the boss, I paid the price including tax/B*tch, I'm a fire-flame spitter, and to me you n---as wax." (MTV)

lil Wayne-released from Rikers Island Prison

Since being released from prison, Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. has already begun planning his next album the Carter IV, staying true to his promise to continue releasing the Carters until the end of his career. Also, there is talk that lil Wayne & Birdman "Baby" Williams are coming out with the sequel to Like Father Like Son, Like Father Like Son II.

Update: When Lil Wayne gets out of Rikers Island jail next month, he will be served a new lawsuit. Atlanta producer Mali Boi says that Lil Wayne committed copyright infringement on his "Mrs Officer" song which Bobby Valentino is featured on. Mali Boi says that he was the writer and producer of the song which has sold over two million copies in the United States alone.
